Meet Milla.
Duncan Fearnley Rising Star.
She started playing cricket at 6. Hit a six in her second game. That was always a sign. Last season at Moorlands CC, she scored 228 runs across 8 games without being dismissed once and took 10 wickets.
Yorkshire Cricket took notice.
She trialled for the Girls Early Engagement Program, got in, and was moved up to the U13s full county squad within weeks. Ten weeks of training at Headingley.
Now weekly sessions at Ampleforth College with her season opener against Durham on the horizon. She also completed a 10-week high performance camp at the MACC Academy, training weekly with ex-professional cricketer Moin Ashraf. She is 12 years old.
Duncan Fearnley is proud to support Milla
And we cannot wait to watch what comes next!
